The mops are also cleaned with heated water, and dried in the basestation when required. Mops can also be refilled at the top of the station as required.
3. Dreame X40 Ultra
Dreame launched the luxurious X30 Ultra earlier this year and their new flagship model of robot mop and vacuum has more impressive features. It boasts fantastic cleaning results and hands-off maintenance making it a top contender on our top mop and vacuum robots. Its superior mapping capabilities, RGB AI smart recognition and a long side brush will give you an efficient, customized clean.
The X40 Ultra vacuums well, removing both fine and large debris. It is equally effective on hard floors and carpets. It cleaned the dirtiest places of our tests efficiently, avoiding pet hairs and other mess. The sweeping power of the machine is enhanced by a sidebrush that automatically swings out in order to get into areas that are difficult to reach and mop pads that extend along baseboards.
Its navigation system is intelligent that can navigate tight spaces and negotiating stairs without missing a beat. Its obstacle avoidance system is not as advanced than its competitors, however, and tends to leave a thick distance around obstacles, which could result in missed spots.
